Visiting:
Gypsy Creek Winery - Labertouche -
and owned by Sam and Mary
Dardha.
They are noted for their
award winning Cabernet, Shiraz and Pinot Noir.
A beautiful Chardonnay
and a sparkling wine are amongst the best in the region.
Brandy Creek Wines - Drouin East

Owners Marie McDonald
and Rick Stockdale operate a
highly acclaimed restaurant, with a large sales area
and tasting room. Their
range not only includes old favourites – Chardonnay, Pinot Noir,
Rose and Shiraz, but some new estate grown varieties including
Tempranillo, Pinot Gris and a sparkling Pinot Gris.
Lunch - A variety of Tapas
Spanish style cuisine has been chosen with wines to match.
Wild Dog Winery - Warragul
- has been visited by the Guild
in past years. New owners, the Surman family, have completely
demolished the old buildings and built a 150 seat restaurant
along with a large sales and tasting area. Beautifully
landscaped trees and lawn surround the building.
Here we meet
up with owner Luke Surman. A tasting and tour has been
arranged
